Esther the Wonder Pig is changing hearts. A Canadian couple adopted a rescued "mini pig" in 2012, but she grew to be 650 pounds. The rescued farm animal now lives on a sanctuary called The Happily Ever Esther Farm Sanctuary.

Her dads, Steve and Derek went vegan after adopting her. The sanctuary's mission is to give neglected and abused farm animals a loving home.
