Reinhardt is another of my favourite characters from Overwatch 2! His story, his lovable personality and his insanely fun gameplay managed to draw me in so long ago when I first started playing the game. In today's video essay, we take a look deeper into the great crusader, and why I believe him to be the most tragic hero in Overwatch 2. With such horrible and terrific events happening to him since he was a young man serving during the Omnic Crisis, to almost losing his best friend, to eventually being pushed away by the one thing he gave his life to. He is a character, forged by fire and pain, and shaped by the words his fallen master. And I can't help but love everything about him. He has an addictive personality, always so cheerful, and inspiring, bringing those up around him. That despite such a pained past, he still smiles. And that draws me to him and makes me want to learn more about him and play him more! I hope you enjoy this video as much as I enjoyed creating it!
