This is the path i take about 5 times a week. Just over 100 miles on the clock! po8 turned up to 100 and no other settings have been touched! I did put a hydrolic shock in the rear (190mm eye to eye) I then replaced the cheap brake pads with some ceramic ones, put a mirror on the left side and got a bike lock!
