It’s been a long time coming but Little by Little is finally in paint … after sanding down the primer in 600 grit, wiping it all down, I put on three coats of the Heavy Metal metallic blue then followed up with a mist coat to ensure there was not mottling or tiger stripes which turned out awesome – nice matte finish all the way around. Then I hit it with the clear coat – one light coat to be the “glue” then proceeded to really lay it on think. Unfortunately, I only had one gallon of clear and CMAX was already closed so I couldn’t put on additional coats before it dried which is unfortunate – oh well, learning for next time. All in all, I think it really turned out nice and the metallic flakes and pearl really look sharp. Now on to cut and buff to really make it glow – Enjoy!
