So here’s a short video about a journaling app that I LOVE!
It’s easy to use, bright, organised and has some great features that help me keep track of my moods, emotions, memories and how I’m doing overall from week to week.
Like I say in the video, I think this app would be a great tool to take with you to therapy or counselling too helping to remind you how you felt and for what reasons.
