Vedika Manek, an undergraduate student of IPM IIM Indore, talks about her experiences going through the Interview Process and various parameters that the university considers while selecting students for Personal Interviews. She shares a basic 3 point system to bifurcate the types of questions that are usually asked in the Interviews. Following this 3 point system will help you be prepared for what you might face during the actual interviews. She also informs about various ways in which you can approach these questions and about the things that you shouldn't be doing in your interviews.
