I made orange chicken that is crispy even when mixed with sauce.
It's delicious because it has a subtle scent of orange.

✤ Chicken Seasoning
290g Chicken breast
1tbsp Minced garlic
2tbsp Orange juice
3g (1tsp/flat) Salt
0.5tsp Black pepper
✤ Dough
50g (5tbsp) Rice flour
25g (2.5tbsp) Cornstarch powder
25g (2.5tbsp) Plain flour
90ml Water
✤ Sauce
0.5tsp Ginger powder (can be omitted)
1tsp Chili pepper powder
50g Brown sugar (or white sugar)
1tbsp Honey
50ml (8tbsp) Orange juice
2tbsp Soy sauce
4tbsp Vinegar
✤ Starch Water
1.5tbsp Corn starch powder (potato starch available)
2tbsp Water
✤ TIP
I used 1 orange.
Make the part of the chicken what you want.
If you are using minced ginger, add it when seasoning chicken.
If you don't have rice flour, add 70g cornstarch + 30g plain flour. (But it’s less crispy than rice flour)
