I do about 15 new patient telemedicines every week. Here is the best path forward:
1 email your insurance card to [email protected]
2 if we take that insurance THEN upload your images (get the CD from image center) to my portal for our 1st visit
3 I must have Xrays and MRI, X rays are critical. Just MRI isn’t enough. Need to be from last 12 months. Nothing older is needed, or wanted.
4 You need to get your CD of your X ray and MRI (imaging centers will never send them to us)
5 On the top of my website (www.DonnallySpine.com) is the link to UPLOAD images, from YOUR HOME!
