In this video series we're discussing the kind of training that could help you to develop the strength and agility of Nightwing. Specifically, this video will be focusing on gymnastic strength training one of the key components that separates Nightwing training from Batman training.
Key topics include developing straight arm strength, grip strength, and powertoweight ratio. We'll be using a combination of bodyweight progressions, overcoming isometrics, plyometrics, drop sets and more.
