The highest New River Gorge lap I've ever done! The extreme high water was maybe slightly easier than my next highest lap (9.5 feet, 20,000+ CFS) but had some spots with absolutely massive waves, and the 3 monster holes that form at high water were even bigger if that can be believed... Awesome day on the river, and thanks a bunch to Dave (‪@paddlebikediveclimb‬) Deonte (‪@dl5604‬) Collins, and Spencer for coming out to paddle it with me! Always love a high water New River Gorge lap.
