I am so sad Friday Aug 7th 2020 I forgot to close the coop was away from home so an animal went into their coop and killed both of my girls. Sadly enough the animal didn’t eat them but horrifically ripped them open and left them to dye my Neibour told me it must have been a raccoon because they kill chickens but don’t eat them I personally think the animal was after the egg that was inside the coop and my girls faught to protect it and lost. I loved my girls very much and am so sad and blame myself for not closing the coop before I left. I just hope they are together over the rainbow and are pure positive energy now.

I made this video before the tragedy so I cry when I see my girls. In the video I explain that one of my girls Chickeeta was in Brody mode meaning she wanted to hatch her she was in mommy mode so all she did for it lasts like 23 days she will be in a trance just sitting in the nesting box singing and cooing to the eggs she will stop laying eggs during this time, and my other girl Ava was lonely walking in the yard by herself so I felt bad and I decided to take them to a farm with many hens so she could have friends because chickens are very social animals and they become very sad alone. Ava is a little bit older. I also show you the chicken diapers I purchased from Luxury chickens which you can find her online she makes and sells different colours of chicken diapers and I got leopard lol. I also show you the coop they live in and explain that hens are only supposed to lay one egg a day. I find that having my own hens the eggs taste so much better and I don’t have problems digesting the eggs as I do with store bought eggs. I hope you enjoy my video about my silkie chickens ❤❤❤
