The Fairview Town Council met Tuesday, August 6th at 7:30 pm CDT to vote on the application for a Conditional Use Permit that will allow the LDS church to build a 43,000 sq f, 173 ft all temple in a residential zone.

LDS lawyer and former attorney for the town of Fairview, Richard M. Abernathy addresses the council first pulling out all the stops. The response from Fairview Mayor Henry Lessner deserves a standing ovation!
