Train With Army Tanks Again! This Train Is In Crittenden, Kentucky. Heavy Train Coming Up The Hill Sanding They Rails With A Locomotive On The Rear Working Hard! This Norfolk Southern Train Is In Northern Kentucky. Night Train In Light Snow.
So I got another train with military tanks on it on the Norfolk Southern Rat Hole Line. This time I got it on a sunny day so you can see them very well. The train is at a railroad crossing in Crittenden, Kentucky where a NS crew was stationed to watch it pass by.
We also go back to the hill in Crescent Springs, Kentucky to watch 3 more NS trains. One train is seen going down and the other two are coming up the hill. The last train is a night train and it was snowing while I was filming it. It gets dark very early this time of year so I will be showing more night trains.
The second train in this video is a monster train! It has 2 DPU locomotives in the middle and is in the area of about 2 miles long. If you notice the military train is passing a stopped train. Well, that is the second train in this video. Right after the first train passed it, this train started moving and I went all the way to Crescent Springs to get it going down the hill. I think I beat by only about 12 minutes due to traffic.
The last train (4th) is a good one also and listen to the locomotive on the rear of the train after it passes me. It really sounds awesome working hard shoving the train up the hill out of the Ohio River Valley. That last train is at the Beechwood Road railroad crossing in Crescent Springs, Kentucky. I switched cameras for that one. It was a slow day on the railroad and I had to stay past dark to meet my goal of at least 4 trains to make it worthwhile. Its a long drive.
