River, Wilder & Archer learn the ancient art of making Maple Syrup from maple tree sap and then play the super fun Maple Syrup Food Challenge a food challenge game where kids eat maple syrup on a variety of foods, some super yummy delicious, others (like broccoli!) not so yummy. The boys tap maple trees with spigots, collect sap in buckets, then reduce the sap over the fire to make traditional maple syrup. Join us for some hilarious family fun and learn the science behind Photosynthesis (how plants make their own food), and evaporation (how to boil away the water to leave behind super yummy delicious maple syrup).
