For many cats, noisy surroundings can make them a little skittish. And when compared to traveling with dogs, there is less of an opportunity for them to get water or take a pet bathroom break outside of the vehicle. Over the past several years of travel with our Mink and Molly and speaking with other cat owners, we’ve found cats are more comfortable staying inside the truck until we reach the campground. But, there were steps to take to keep them safe and comfortable during the long miles of RV travel.
