MULTI LANGUAGE SUBTITLED Important Nattomaking tip Keep no more than 3 layers of cooked beans during the fermentation。 If more than 3 layers of cooked beans are placed in the container during the fermentation process, the oxygen will not reach the bottom. This will cause the beans on the bottom to become sticky but not fully fermented. I am also showing how to make 2 types of Natto Sauce in this video. Please enjoy!
