Measurements:
DSP: 6"x6" or 15.2cm x15.2 cm
score at 11/4" and 43/4" or 3.2 cm and 12 cm
rotate right once
score at 21/2" and 31/2" or 6.3 cm and 8.9 cm

cut two 1/2" x 31/2" or 1.3 cm x9 cm strips of cardstock
cut two 6" or 15.2 cm lengths of ribbon
