Maine Coon cats have very extensive vocabularies. They are quite chatty and their sounds are more advanced than those of regular cats. Interestingly, it appears that female Maine Coon cats, such as Maxie , know even more sounds than male Maine Coons, like Foxie . Even their purring sounds different!
