After a whirlwind few days taking Chance to his loving home with Nevaeh, Luke heads back home at the farm. Meanwhile, we’ve managed to keep ourselves busy. And in one piece It’s Hope’s third birthday and Aunty Kris bakes a delicious salmon cake for Hope to celebrate. Happiest of birthdays to our beautiful girl Hope. We love you very much.

In the late afternoon, the bus finally pulls into the farm. We all get excited. We’re so happy to have all our family back together. Dad, Elle, Evie, Rosco and even that little land shark Abra. We missed you all.

And there’s one more on the bus. A special guy that needs a special farm like this to call his home. His name is Cruiser and he’s a full blood Dingo. He is a rescue. He was taken from the wild as a pup by teenagers. He’s now 18 months old. They chained him up with hunting dogs. Fortunately, he was saved by a very kind person who gave him as much as she could but knew he needed more. Aunty Sam hasn’t had a chance to put much together of him for you all. He only just arrived late yesterday afternoon. But he’s here and we’re very happy to welcome him to the farm. He does need rehabilitation before joining the pack, but Cruiser won’t be leaving the farm to be rehomed, he’s a special case and his home requirements are understandably very unique. Welcome to the farm Cruiser.
