I spent two days off the grid. There were many bamboo shoots in the forest. On the way, I collected quite a lot of bamboo shoots. However, the slope was slippery so walking was difficult. then had a delicious meal of bamboo shoots. I use the knots I have learned to apply them in nature, quite interesting and feasible.
