Back in 2020, Lily Orchard released 101 Writing Tips for writers. She received immediate backlash and deleted the tips, claiming it was all just trolling. However, based on the opinions reflected in her various reviews and video essays, it's clear these tips came from her heart. She constantly makes thinly veiled criticisms of SheRa, Steven Universe, and other animated shows from the 2010s that Lily was obsessing over.

So, naturally, I took the time to review all of them (after Tumblr and my Discord Community pressured me into reviewing them). I expected it might take an hour, briefly going over the tips. Instead...look at that run time.

Let's take her various writing tips and compare them to works of cinema and literature. This is the only Lily Orchard video where Pride and Prejudice, Wes Craven, and Neon Genesis Evangelion will ever be brought up organically.
