150g dehydrated rice noodles

⅓ Iceberg salad
50g bean sprouts

1 tbsp white rice vinegar

Herbs: mint, cilantro, Thai basil,
ngorgai, vietnamese cilantro, shiso
Chicken marinade :
4 chicken thighs
1 lemongrass
10g ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tsp clear soy sauce
½ tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
