Every year on my birthday, I post a video that shows something about my long fitness journey going into older age. Since I recently posted a video of me doing Cha Chuan in 2015, nine years ago at age 69, I though it would be perfect to show me doing the same form today on my birthday at age 78.
While gathering material for editing, I happened upon a video showing me performing Cha Chuan way back in 2008 at age 62, so I added it to the video. This shows a 16 year difference in my age.
Since this form requires flexibility, agility and endurance it would be a good test.
