We’re kayak camping a wild and scenic river in Arkansas on the Ouachita river with Kellie's brother Jonathan and his girlfriend Erica. We're spending two days and one night on the river. We paddle a few hours fishing and catching up with everyone. We find a great island to camp on, set up our tents and build a fire ring. For dinner we heat up our favorite MRE's Pakit Gourmet and chill by the fire. The next morning we enjoy breakfast with out coffee and Pakit Gourmet meals. Pack up camp and get back on the river. The guys fished and the girls swam and enjoyed the sunshine. We run into an obstacle right before take out but make it through. This is a recipe for a good time!
