When it isn't a blessing to listen to Javed Sahab talk about his earlier days and the superhit films that he wrote.

Hailing from a family of writers, and the city of culture and language, the 19 year old Javed came to Mumbai with only his willpower and talent. From writing to his first film at the age of 20 to write superduper hits like Zanjeer & Sholay at 27, he paved a way for himself and the upcoming lot of screenwriters.

In this conversation, he talks about his duo with Salim Khan and how both of them together made sure that they get the credit they deserved for the films, his first meeting with the then newcomer Amitabh Bachchan and how each film worked when three of them collaborated together!
