In his latest book, author Daniel Macfarlane argues that Lake Ontario has been neglected both environmentally and in spirit. The book is called "The Lives of Lake Ontario: An Environmental History." He's also an associate professor in the School of Environment, Geography, and Sustainability at Western Michigan University and he joins Jeyan Jeganathan to discuss.
