I was fortunate enough to snag a spot during Stella’s exclusive winter release at Delatite Winery, and this year, Stella is turning up the heat—literally! With the addition of the Stella Bathhouse, you can now enjoy a dedicated relaxation pod, featuring a woodfired sauna and twin soaking tubs. This is luxury offgrid living reimagined.

Built by the talented team at Ample, a design and manufacturing business from Port Fairy, Stella is crafted with sustainable materials that pay homage to the iconic Aussie shed. Ample’s work emphasizes quality craftsmanship, sustainability, and thoughtful design, all of which are reflected in Stella’s unique features. From her rollout sleeping platform that lets you fall asleep under the stars to her lowimpact, offgrid luxury—Stella is an experience in mindful living and thoughtful design.

This tiny house, repurposed from a large farm shed, brings an authentic Victorian aesthetic to life while providing an unforgettable retreat in the heart of nature, making Stella a true standout in the luxury tiny house space, and possibly one of the most unique in the country.
