For 8 years, Bear was roaming Cleveland where he was ignored daily and shoo’d away from everyone’s property. He was also shot in the face by someone in this neighborhood and continued to be ignored while he silently suffered through that.
He developed a massive mass hanging off the side of his face that is almost the size of his head. It was bleeding and oozing and he’d been this way for 12 years. He needed vet care a long, long time ago.
It was truly heartbreaking to be out there with him, and to see how he lived for 810 years. But he good news is he no longer has to live that way...
