IDORA PARK (THE DEATH OF AN AMUSEMENT PARK)
Idora Park was an amusement park located in Youngstown, Ohio and opened in 1899. It closed it's doors forever in 1984 after a fire destroyed the main coaster of the park and many other areas of the park. It remained abandoned until 2001 when the entire park and both coasters were demolished.
