WOOOOEEEEE, y'all. As a final project of the Halloween season, my big ol' brain and I decided that it was going to be a freakin' DOOZIE. I absolutely love recreating old costumes, and I came across a couple "carousel dresses" in my search. I was instantly obsessed with the idea BUT... I wanted to see if I could make it spin.
