I’ve never seen a challenge quite like this one, which is exactly why I did it. I doubled my calories every day for 15 days, starting at just 1 calorie.
Because of the compound effect, by day 15 this becomes 16,384 calories! But the first 10 days have a combined total of less than 2,000 calories, which is the daily recommended intake.
So suffice it to say, this was one of the hardest physical, mental, and emotional challenges I’ve ever undergone. It should go without saying, but DO NOT TRY THIS. Seriously, don’t do it.
