Rafael is maintaining Category 2 strength with 105 mph winds after slamming into Cuba on Wednesday. Rafael is expected to move deeper into the Gulf of Mexico before weakening. FOX Weather Hurricane Specialist Bryan Norcross said Rafael is not likely to have impacts on the U.S but it can't be completely ruled out just yet.
