Welcome back to this hard working 2005 Beaver Monterey. In the previouis video, we did an inspection on the roof and found a number of issues. After discussing options with the owner, we decided to move ahead with repairs.

For the roof lap sealant I used Xtrm lap sealant but a Dicor lap sealant works too. Of course gray butyl putty tape under the vent and standard 100% clear silicone on the awning rails.

Thanks for following along with this 2005 Beaver Monterey. These high quality Oregon motorhomes from 1999 to 2008 really set the bar for RVs that even today haven't been revivaled.
