Tools required:
• Cordless drill
• Scissors
• Metal ruler
• Scribe
• Metal shears
• Hammer
• Nails
• Lead beater
• Paint brush
• Silicone roller
• Penny roller
• Sealant gun
• Surgical gloves
Materials required:
• Contact Bonding Adhesive
• Zinc soakers

• 9 Inch Flashing Tape

Things to be aware of:
• The prepared roof surface must be clean, dry, and free from dust and contaminants (bitumen, oil, etc).
• Always make sure the lapping is correct. Incorrect lapping risks water getting into the join and leaking onto the flat roof.
• Always wait for FlexiProof EPDM Primer to become touch dry and still tacky before applying Flashing Tape. This avoids gas bubbles forming between these seals and helps to create a smart and watertight finish.
