Because a vest drapes over your cat's back versus having to put your cat's head or paws through an opening, it is a lot easier to train. Cats of all ages can learn to wear a vest. Although NO HARNESS is "ESCAPEPROOF," a snug vest is an excellent option because it covers a lot of surface area of your cat's body, making it harder to slip out.
