Dr. Rowe goes over how to fix sacroiliac joint pain off to one side.
If you're unfamiliar with the sacroiliac joint (aka SI joint), it is the union of the sacrum and the ilium of the pelvis.
When it gets irritated and inflamed, it can cause pains across the lower back into the buttocks and hips.
What usually causes this is a blend of weakness and tightness in the muscles that support the sacroiliac joint. These muscles include the glutes, hamstrings, and hip flexors.
To fix this, we'll go over easy exercises that will help stretch and strengthen these muscles, for both quick and longlasting SI joint pain relief.
Watch now and quickly fix onesided sacroiliac joint pain!
