This small setup is the perfect house plant terrarium for a few carnivorous plants. In this setup I used two Venus Flytraps and a single Pitcher Plant. Both the fly trap and the pitcher are native to North America, and both are at home in nutrient poor soil. To keep them happy, you should use a substrate with almost no nutrients, like sphagnum peat moss. You should also water them with distilled water or rain water, never tap water. Finally, these plants need a regular supply of insects, so they either need to be fed by hand or in an environment where they can catch insects themselves!
