This installation was completed by another installer and brought to Mike of The Dry Campers for inspection and troubleshooting. The system would shut down after 15 minutes. When you pay $22,000 for a system, you expect it to work. Mike inspected and determined there were MANY factors into the reasoning behind why this system did not work.

The batteries were incorrectly wired, the battery cable was also determined to not be real 2/O AWG, so be careful where you purchase your wire from. Mike also found that there were no shutoffs, not correctly fused, as well as so many holes in the roof that were unnecessary. Incorrect wiring was utilized for the solar. Electrical distribution blocks were utilized that were also not fully connected properly. Watch the video for further details.
