House lawmakers have voted to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress. Wednesday's vote came after two Republicanled committees voted in May to recommend Garland be held in contempt for defying a congressional subpoena. CBS News congressional correspondent Nikole Killion reports.
