In this video, a young Guyanese living in Barbados, Naomi, decides to help out poor families in Guyana with food, clothing and toys. She was happy with the humanitarian efforts of The Shabna Show and wanted to collaborate with me. I was in the US though but I’ll still highlight it on my show. The people were very thankful and I must commend her for her generosity. We also visited a craft exhibition on Main Street, Georgetown, as well as the Kingston Seawall. Then we continued the video in New York at the Italian festival in Little Italy. We were happy to see a Guyaneseowned business, Datz Deli, there. We also showed clips from our visit to Chicago, where we watched the sun rising and our visit to the Navy Pier.
