Only about three mere minutes after his Mom flew off, in came Antali.
I started the filming early bec we could hear that wellknown vocalizing out there as he flew around...
Then we get treated to a different, less common view of his flying in but OOPS, bless his heart, he overshot the perch so had to keep on going!
More vocalizing out there and he flies back in, lands and of course! has more things to say. What a little sketch he is!
We got a nice extended visit as he hung around for a time...
He had a few moments of quiet, looking all around, then had some things to say again before grabbing a piece of tail skin nestovers.
OMGosh he just endlessly tickled didn't he? 'Talking away as he is trying to eat that fish skin! Lol.
And OMGoodness, was that not a riot when he had that fish tail skin hanging from his beak WHILE he's yapping away about it! LOL. He's just too much!
Oh how I miss that little muffin! I love him SO very much.
He tried SO hard to consume that small, thin piece, bless him. I think he wanted to either rip it even smaller or get it into the right place to just swallow it. Nothing was working...
Then OOPS, dropped it... went way over on the nest edge! He leans down carefully, grabs it...
Yet another OOPS as when he was moving his beak w/it it fell right out and this time, went right off their nest. Awww...
My heart sank for him. After all that effort, that precious little piece was gone. Darn.
You can bet he had some things to say about THAT! Lol.
He fishcalled and checked the nest for any other nestovers that might lay there.
Bless his heart, the train whistle made him jump.
When he turned our way, we can see his crop was empty, so he was hungry.
After checking the nest, finding no more nestovers, he flew to the perch and fishcalled some more...
He got quiet and our lil, beloved Homebirdy chilled on their perch for a time.
We love and miss you Antali boy!
May you and your entire family have safe travels AND stay safe all ways and always.
~I hope w/all my heart that they are all alive, safe, well and good, as they travel SO very far away.
~Thanks for watching!
