When someone sends you an ingredient you have never heard of you might scratch your head and wonder what you do with that, at least that is what I did. But after a bit of searching and pondering we came up with a gem of a recipe that we cook over the live fire at camp using the Snow Peak Takibi fire pit. The combination was magic!

Recipe for 1 pound pork belly
Marinade
1.5T Soy Sauce
2.5T Banana Ketchup
1/2t Garlic Powder
Juice ot 1.5 Small Lemons
1/2t Fish Sauce (optional)
1/4t Pepper

Mop
1.5T Soy Sauce

1/2t Fish Sauce (optional)
IF YOU HAVE Knorr Liquid Seasoning you can replace Maggi and Fish Sauce using 1T
Juice Of The Other 1/2 Lemon

Dipping Sauce
1/2 Cup Vinegar
2 Minced Garlic Cloves
1T Finally Chopped Onion
Red Pepper Flakes To Taste
Salt To Tastet
Black Pepper To Taste
