This year has been such a challenge for those of us who love to garden. Lots of us are having problems with slow seed germination, slow plant growth and a lot is to do with the really wet and cold weather we've been having so far this year.

In Ireland, we've had a few sunny days and in my chats at the end of the video, what I was trying to explain was that for a lot of us, because the weather has been so miserable, we're behind in the garden and on those nice, sunny days, we're not able to fully enjoy them because we're trying to catch up on our gardening jobs as we have to work when it's not super wet! I'd mentioned filming being the issue, but it's not, it's just the pressure to get out and garden when the weather is nice!

But as gardeners, we know we have to adjust what we do, how we garden and trust the process! And that's why I wanted to share my garden fails (so far) and I put those words in brackets because I know I'll have lots more and that's how I learn from experience.

What's been so heartening this year is you guys leaving me comments, saying that you're also having similar garden struggles, so we're all in this together!
