How and Why Fishing Lines Can Turn Fish into Biters, or NonBiters.

NOTE: At 3:55 in this video, I mentioned a piece of research suggesting that bass can see lines down to a diameter of 0.006”. I’ve since tried to relocate that research and have been unable to find it. That’s unfortunate and I apologize for citing my own, potentially faulty, memory. However, the takehome message of the video does not rely on whether bass can physically see line. What alarms them is the disturbances a length of line —even one of fine diameter— can make on or in the water.
