I especially like making deliciously filled puff pastry pockets in the summer when fresh herbs are growing on my raised beds. Then, with the cream cheese, the ham and the olive oil, it gives a unique taste that everyone who has eaten these puff pastries with me is enthusiastic about.
ingredients for the filling
200 grams of cream cheese
35 tablespoons olive oil
3 slices of lean boiled ham
Handful of basil and coriander from the garden
chili salt
Freshly ground pepper
Aside from that:
Puff pastry (here in XXL format)
Bake at 190°C for 2025 minutes with top and bottom heat.
