Victoria Gonzalez, the girlfriend of Parkland murder victim Joaquin Oliver, gave a moving impact statement during Nikolas Cruz's sentencing for killing 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. Gonzalez, who was wearing the shirt that Joaquin had worn the night before his murder, told Cruz she wished that he had love in his heart but she knows that's not the case.
