People who do not neuter the stray cats in the area they live in abandon the mother cat and her kittens to other regions when the cat gives birth. Thanks to my TNR organization, I am taking one step forward in the stray cat population problem, but these people are taking us 2 steps back. In fact, the solution order of the problem should change. Before sterilizing stray cats, the opinions of bigoted people should be sterilized.
