Recommended Serving Sizes are on the back of practically every food here in America. For 24 Hours, I ate 10 times the recommended serving of every food for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert!
This 24 hour food challenge was even more intense because it featured the unhealthiest high calorie grocery items in America. I let 3 darts choose each item for each high calorie meal. The only way to complete this high calorie 24 hour food challenge was to finish every calorie at every meal!
