German bread# bake rolls yourself#
It brings back memories, be sure to bake this simple but delicious recipe

Recipe:
500g/ 17.6 oz flour 550 (bread flour)
1 g/ 0.035 oz fresh yeast
300ml/ 10.15 fl. oz cold water
10g/ 0.35oz salt
20g/ 0.7oz butter

Bake: 250 degrees / 482F 20 minutes
