I made this video totally for beginners that want to learn how to shake the booty loosen the hips either in dance moves or to workout at home. I always think and explain dance moves like flowing water so you imagine that and move your body like water flowing, it’s energy like the rhythm of music. I also try to isolate other body parts so you just focus on the part you are trying to move. I use a banister to hold on to at first to demonstrate the move and I try to go slow to show you how it’s done, always remember practice makes perfect. This is my opinion on how to do this move I am not an expert or a dance instructor at all I am just a normal person that likes to learn different dance moves and I figure if I can do it anyone can so I try to show my way that I learned it may be wrong but it’s how I did it.
